Featuring a rustic coastal theme, “Latitude Adjustment” provides a palette of cool, coastal colors to
enhance anyone’s mood. While sitting alongside the hand-crafted bar, take a second to enjoy your
favorite appetizer and beverage before venturing out to your favorite local restaurant. If you decide to
stay in for the evening, remember at “Latitude Adjustment,” as noted from the “5 O’clock
Somewhere” clock at the bar, that time stands still and merriment abounds! Allow the cheerfulness
and liveliness of the decor to become a state of mind during your stay at the Dunes 307.
The King sized bed is decorated in tropical prints. There is a master bathroom for your convenience. Down the hall you will find a set of bunk beds in the hallway, another bathroom, and a full sized washer and dryer. The condo also features a living room, dining area, and full kitchen with microwave. Bring your k-cups to enjoy the keurig as well as the automatic drip coffee maker The 2019 updates include new bamboo flooring, new light fixtures and fresh paint as well as new dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a crock-pot, new stock pot, blender, and every appliance you might need to prepare a meal for your family.
This condo does have internet access. Watch the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony, planning your day’s adventures then watch the sunset over Fort Morgan as you enjoy your evening cocktail, relaxing after an action packed, sun-filled day. Make this a vacation you will never forget.
Bring your bicycles to ride in our gated neighborhood, or make the 1 mile trip to historic Fort Morgan. The Dauphin Island Sea Lab and Estuarium (featuring large aquariums filled with native sea life) is a short ferry ride away and is a favorite for children. The excitement of Gulf Shores including The Wharf, Waterville, a zoo, the Hangout, and outlet shopping are just up the road. The outdoor enthusiast will love the proximity to golfing, charter fishing and shrimping, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, nature trails and of course swimming!

Rules for renting with a dog:
-You can only bring one dog.
-Your dog must be less than 25 pounds.
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash outside of the condo.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee. (It will be itemized on your receipt.)
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
